Intervention1: Navayasa Lauha along with Chinchadi candy: This Group will be given Navayasa lauha in the dose of 250 mg along with one candy (weigh 6gms) Chinchadi candy orally for 60 days. Control I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting clinical sign and symptoms of pandu roga(IDA). Patients with mild to moderate anemia(Hb level 11gm/dl to 8gm/dl). Patients giving consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having occult positive on stool examination. any other type of anemia except IDA. IDA with any associated severe complications.
