Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having clinical feature of exogenous/accidental wound will be included. 2. Injury by surgical instruments procedure and traumatic. 3. Traumatic wound with history <7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious accidental case 2. Patient with heavy bleeding wound 3. Infected, pus discharge wound 4. Wound with visceral, bony and spinal injury 5. Traumatic cases having medico legal problems 6. Patient having trauma with other complication like fracture, marmaghat etc. 7. Malignancy 8. HIV, HBsAg.
