Inclusion criteria: -Heavy menstrual bleeding(amount >80ml) or -Prolonged menstrual bleeding (with the duration of bleeding >7days)or -Inter menstrual bleeding or -Frequent menstrual cycle (interval

Exclusion criteria: -Patients having bleeding due to abortion. -Patients having coagulation disorder. -Patients having bleeding after menopause. -Any type of malignancy. -Pregnent woman. -Patients having STDs. -Patients having any systemic disease. -Uterine & pelvic pathology like polyps,Endometrial TB,Friboid,Adenomyosis,PID etc. -Patients using IUCDs and Pills.
