Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as OCD according to ICD â?? 10 DCR criteria. Patients scoring at least moderate severity on Y â?? BOCS. Participants who indicated moderate to severe depression and/or anxiety levels on the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM â?? A), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAM â?? D), and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Pharmacotherapy regime should remain same during intervention. Minimum duration of illness of 2 years. Comprehends Hindi and English language. Those who have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of major neurological or physical illness. Patients who have received ECT in the last 6 months. No co-morbid psychiatric disorder.
