Intervention1: karveeradi tail: karveeradi tail will be locally applied to 20 participants over the affected area in qunatity sufficient ammount twice a day for seven days in the case of pama(scabies)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Pamakustha/Scabies with the symptoms Kandu, Toda, Daha, Pidika, Strav

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from any other systemic disorder such as skin tuberculosis, leprosy etc. 2. Scabies with complication crust or hyperkeratosis and secondary infections. 3. Pregnant and lactating women.

1. To study physio-chemical parameters of karveeraditail. 2. To study the efficacy of karveeradi tail in the management of Kandu, Toda ,Daha, Pidika and Strav. 3. To compare the efficacy of karveeraditail with standard drug(Permethrin).Timepoint: Follow up will be on zero, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21th
