Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip Fracture ASA status I -II. (Intertrochanteric fracture, Subcapital frac-ture Metastatic tumor in femoral head and acetabulum ) 2 .Type of Surgery DHS fixation , Hip hemiarthroplasty ,Total hip arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Contraindications to regional anaesthesia Known allergy to local aesthetics Bleeding diathesis Inability to provide informed consent Severe kidney or liver disease Patient with psychiatric disorders
