Intervention1: (DBT,TAU): The selected patients will complete their individual baseline assessment. The patients will attend 13 (twice a week) â?? 90 minutes individual DBT sessions focusing on distr

2. Tapentadol (50-250 mg orally every12hr

3. Buprenorphin (8 mg sublingually (SL) on day 1, then 16 mg SL on day 2
continued over 3-4 days)
4. Benzodiazepine (5 to 25 mg three times a day-four times a day, Maximum 40 mg/day)
5. Clonidine (oral dose is 0.3â??1.3 mg day up to 10-14 days, The maximum oral dose is 2.4

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed as having opioid dependence syndrome according to ICD-10(Code F11.2) criteria 2.Patients of aged 18 to 50 years 3.Male patients 4.Able to speak, read, and write Hindi language 5.Able to provide formal informed consent 6.Patients with length of dependency till 5 years. 7.Both In patients (IPD) and Out patients (OPD) patients were considered to be part of sample 8.Patients in pharmacotherapy(treatment as usual)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with co-morbid substance dependence (except nicotine) with or without psychotic symptoms. 2.Patients with other co-morbid psychiatric diagnosis than anxiety and depression. 3.Patient having organic illnesses (based on hospital data base). 4.Patients should not be part of any other psychotherapeutic process.
