Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having highly exudative , infective wounds not amenable to normal dressings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having exposed nerves , blood vessels , bleeding disorders and wound malignancies.

MeasureTime frame
Duration of wound healing, amount of exudates, amount of granulation tissue,reduction in wound surface area. any difficulty leak, ease number of dressing changes required will be noted and compared with size and type of wound.Timepoint: all parameters will be noted and picture will be taken at initially at the start of intervention then every dressing change and at the time of completion of dressing. wound picture will be taken every time for documentation
