Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients started on a topical steroid for the first time from our department Patients already on topical steroid with or without features of topical steroid abuse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to give consent Patients below 18 years of age Patients already treated with long term oral steroid or other immunosuppressants Patients planned for oral steroid treatment Patients having comorbidities that resemble or can cause changes similar to topical steroid side effects (e.g., polycystic ovaries/Cushingâ??s syndrome/thyroid disorders) Patients undergoing intralesional steroid injection
