Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who qualify the criteria for Bipolar disorder according to ICD 10 Diagnostic Criteria for Research (ICD 10 DCR) (F 31) Patients admitted in ward patients who are aged between >18 years and 65 years Literate in either English or Tamil Patients or their care givers should be using a smart phone which can support our Bipolar disorder App Patients and care givers who give consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with co-morbid intellectual disability Patients who wonâ??t be following up in PSG IMS&R Patients and their care givers who donâ??t use a smart phone that can support our Bipolar disorder App Unwillingness to participate in the study
