Inclusion criteria: with lower abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: upper abdominal surgery, critical abdominal surgeries, cardio-pulmonary illness, neurological conditions if associated, known case of diabetes malitus or other morbid conditions, participants not want to take part
