Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthcare worker age ranges from 20-35 years 2. willing to participate in the study for the next 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. respiratory ailments (Asthma, Severe cough and cold etc.) 2. history of substance abuse 3. psychiatric disorder (psychoses, substance abuse, dementia) 4. pregnant women 5. any other life-threatening medical illness
