Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Beneficiaries and Health care providers of SWAAS Program in 15 FHCâ??s of Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Beneficiaries who are availing services of SWAAS Program for less than 6 months • Health care providers who have not received training for SWAAS Program • Beneficiaries and Health care providers of SWAAS Program who are not giving consent for telephonic interview or recording.
