Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 50 years or more admitted to the ICU. will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients expected length of stay less than 24 hours in ICU. 2) Patient readmitted to the ICU 3) No surrogate available.
