Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of localized Millerâ??s class I or class II gingival recession-type defect. 2. Availability of individual patient data (baseline and final measurements) for inclusion in the statistic model to integrate. 3 Treatment teeth located in the esthetic zone, including incisors, canines, and premolars in the maxillary arch. Absence of clinical signs of periodontal disease (CAL 4. Full-mouth bleeding score 5. Identifiable CEJ in the experimental sites. If the CEJ was not identifiable at the treated lesion, we used the CEJ of the contralateral/homologous tooth. If the contralateral CEJ was absent, the CEJ of adjacent teeth was considered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mucogingival or periodontal plastic surgery in the selected site. 2. Teeth with prosthetic crown or restoration. 3. Systemic conditions that would alter the treatment outcome. 4. Smokers

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main aim of the study was to evaluate the functional and Patient centered outcome following the root coverage procedures through Root coverage esthetic scoring system.Timepoint: baseline 3months 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the major quantitative and qualitative therapeutic outcomes following various root coverage procedures in Millerâ??s class I and II gingival recession defects. 2. To assess the complete root coverage through Esthetic scoring system Timepoint: baseline, 3 months, 6 months
