Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals/Persons aged >=18 years, attending the hospital/clinic OPD, diagnosed with URTI and provided consent for the study. All healthy family contacts (>=18 years) of patients with URTI will be recruited for providing prophylactic supplement.
