Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anaesthesia residents of 1st , 2nd , 3rd years Orthopaedic residents 1st , 2nd , 3rd years General surgery residents 1st , 2nd , 3rd years Nurses of orthopaedic and general surgery wards above 30 years of age and with atleast 2 years of experience in surgical ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All those who refuse to take part in study.
