Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Of ASA Grade I & II Posted For Surgeries Under Spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension on medication 2. Diabetic neuropathy 3. Pregnancy 4. BMI > 30 5. Patients receiving selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or migraine medication 6. Patient refusal 7. Hypersensitivity to palonosetron.
