Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient presenting with hearing loss 2) Consenting subject 3) Age >18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ) Non consenting subject 2) Age 3) Operated cases (ear surgery) 4) Temporal bone malignancy
