Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Type 2 diabetes who are stabilized. 2.practice Yoga for at least 6 months more than three times per week 3.Patients willingly participating in the trial and giving written consent 4.Age group: 30-60 years of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unwilling to participate in the trial and not giving ICF. 2.Patients of type I Diabetes.
