Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitud framed by WHO will be adopted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complication of DM like nephropathy,cardiomypathy,retinopathy and other cronic disease

Reduction in HbA1c levels by 0.5% as compared to basal values,reduction in blood sugar (fasting and PP) levels by more tgen 25% in the ayurvedic intervention group as compared control group at the end of 21 days of treatment,improvment in sign and symptoms score by more then 10%Timepoint: 21 days
