Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Married females 2 Patients with complaints of white discharge per vaginum(Pandu varna srava) 3 Itching(Kandu) 4 Unctuousness in genitalia(Pichhilata) 5 Pain in vulva and vagina(Alpa Vedana)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Unmarried 2 Pregnant women 3 Patients suffering from systemic diseases like TB, DM, Bronchial Asthma, Jaundice, Cardiovascular disease, renal problems 4 Patient having history of any drug allergy and psychological disorders 5 Patients having any specific pathology of genital tract i.e. benign or malignant tumor, tubo-ovarian abscess, erosion of cervix, acute pelvic inflammatory disease 6 Patients suffering from any disease of external genital organs like any boil, infected cyst, bartholin gland abscess or any skin disease like eczema 7 Patients who canâ??t attend follow up regularly 8 Patient not giving consent to participation in the study 9 Patient who is participating in any other research study

| Assessment will be done on the basis of prepared proforma and improvement in sign and symptoms of kaphaja yonivyapadaTimepoint: Oral administration of Nirgundyadi Kashaya 40 ml in morning and evening after meal for 60 day. 5 follow-up will be done at every 15 days. Four follow-ups with medication and last follow-up will be done without medication. Prakshalana of vagina with 500 ml (Approx.) of Nalpamara Kashaya will be done for about 15 minutes once a day for 7 days in post-menstrual period for two consecutive months. | — |
