Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting to emergency medicine department with 1.Age >18 years 2.Patients with the chief complaint of chest pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.History of Trauma immediately preceding the onset of chest pain. 2.Patients unwilling to participate in the study
