Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective PCNL 2.Age 20-65 yrs 3.American society of anaesthesiologists physical status I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.H/o allergy to local anaesthetics 2.Infection at the site of block 3.H/o chronic pain syndrome 4.Patient on chronic opioid medication 5.Coagulopathy 6.BMI 35 kg/m2 7.Anatomical deformities of chest 8.Alcohol or drug abuse 9.Conversion of surgical procedure to open stone surgery due to surgical difficulty
