Interventions

Intervention1: MFR, Stretching and strengthening: Intervention : 4 sessions/week for 3 weeks 15 minutes of myofascial release (Release of pectoralis major and minor, sternocleidomastoid, scalene and
and neck strengthening. (10 repetitions 2 sets with progression) Treatment sessions will be given for 40 minutes per session, 4 times a week for 3 weeks for a total of 12 sessions. Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the subjects of the age 18-70 years, diagnosed with breast cancer including; 1. Who have been treated with surgery or radiation therapy or chemotherapy or combination of treatments 2. Willing to participate in the study. Patients who are also referred for physiotherapy by consultants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with; 1. Active infection and wounds 2. Type II Diabetes 3. Who have had prior surgeries and physiotherapy session for shoulder or neck specific conditions. 4. With any musculoskeletal and neuropsychological problems which is not due to cancer treatments. 5. Who are not willing to participate in the study.
