Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm ( <37weeks) neonates admitted in Neonanatology Unit receiving minimum 60ml/kg/day enteral feeds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Seriously ill (Severe Sepsis, Hypotension, Interventricular hemorrhage) 2. Gastrointestinal malformations 3. Preterm neonates receiving 4. Congenital Heart Disease 5. Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia 6. Preterm fed with formula containing Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids

To study the effect of enteral supplementation of polyunsaturated fatty acids on physical growth (Weight, Length and Head circumference) of preterm neonates till corrected 6 months of ageTimepoint: 6 months
