Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unilateral osteoarthritis of knee 2.Ability to ambulate without any assistive devices 3.Patients having primary osteoarthritis according to American College of Rheumatology Clinical and radiologic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (Grade I & II) 4.NPRS 5 or less than 5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed as having secondary osteoarthritis, patients with active synovitis and patients also had severe knee trauma. 2.Surgical interventions and history of recent intra-articular knee injections. 3.Lower extremity amputations. 4.Severe arthritis limiting activities of daily living and pending joint replacement. 5.Spinal stenosis, Chronic low back ache, peripheral neuropathy with or without foot drop. 6.Patients advised for total knee replacement. 7.Total knee replacement done on one limb. 8.Medically unstable on examination i.e poorly controlled BP or Blood sugar, unstable coronary artery disease. 9.Acute cases of Osteoarthritis of knee
