Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Verbal informed consent by telephone 2. Age between 18 to 65 years 3. Participants able to access internet facilities. 4. Neck Disability Index (NDI) Score - Greater than or equal to 10% and less than or equal to 64 % 5. Participants with non-neurological neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Greater than 65 % Neck Disability Index score. 2. History of hospitalization in the last six months
