Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with no contraindications for periodontal surgery and who had not taken medications known to interfere with periodontal tissue health or healing. 2. Exhibiting presence of Millerâ??s Class I gingival recession. 3. Absence of caries and periapical radiolucency. 4. Willing to comply with the study related procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously failed surgical attempts to correct the gingival recession. 2. Previous lack of cooperation with maintenance program. 3. Mucosal disorders like high frenal attachments. 4. Mal-aligned and restored teeth. 5. Smokers, alcoholics or patients with tobacco chewing habits. 6. Medically compromised patients. 7. Pregnant and lactating females.

To compare and evaluate the treatment outcomes of CAF and VISTA with PRF in treatment of Millerâ??s class I gingival recession defects.Timepoint: Baseline 3 Months 6 Months
