Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fertile donor ejaculates and Normozoospermia, Asthanozoospermia, Oligozoospermia, Oligoasthanozoospermia infertile patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teratozoospermia, Globozoospermia, Necrozoospermia, Azoospermia, Cryptozoospermia infertile patients

This present study is expected to unravel the differential epigenetic signature of spermatozoa between infertile male patients and fertile controls, and in between normal and abnormal ejaculates.Timepoint: 3 years

to understand the contribution of altered epigenetic signature of spermatozoa on pre-implantation embryo developmental kinetics, and preimplantation embryo metabolism.Timepoint: 3 years
