Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade -1,2 pregnant patients undergoing elective and emergency caesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia with hyperbaric bupivacaine and fentanyl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 and onward, Placenta praevia, Preeclampsia, Cardiovascular disease, Cerebrovascular disease, Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.

Phlethysmographic variabilities with variation of blood pressure after spinal anaesthesia and vasopressor bolus dosing and –Correlate ?MAP (Mean arterial pressure) with ?Dicrpleth (Relative dicrotic notch height) and?PI (Perfusion index ) –Correlate ?SAP (Systolic arterial pressure) with ?PI (Perfusion index) Timepoint: 10 months
