Inclusion criteria: Cases 1. Histopathological diagnosis of atypical endometrial hyperplasia on endometrial biopsy specimen 2. Patient willing to undergo hysterectomy 3. Final diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma on hysterectomy specimen. 4. Willing to participate in the study Controls 1. Histopathological diagnosis of atypical endometrial hyperplasia on endometrial biopsy specimen 2. Patient willing to undergo hysterectomy 3. Final diagnosis of AEH on hysterectomy specimen. 4. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases 1. Patients not willing for hysterectomy 2. Received medical treatment before surgery Controls 1. Patients not willing for hysterectomy 2. Patients received medical treatment before surgery
