Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade 1, 2, 3 patients 2. patients scheduled for elective PCNL surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of contraindication to LA agents 2. obese patients 3. Psychiatric disorders 4. Surgical procedures that lasted 300 mins 5. presence of infection at injection site 6. Major cardiac disease and renal failure 7. Patient refusal
