Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are undergoing Gundersen flap for the following indications Therapeutic indications - unresponsive ulcerative infectious keratitis severe chemical injury persistent corneal epithelial defect corneal limbal disease Aesthetic indication - ocular surface preparation for a cosmetic scleral shell Tectonic indication - corneal perforation glaucoma surgery complications corneal and scleral melting Analgesic indication - bullous keratopathy with poor visual prognosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft Patients who have undergone conjunctival flap procedures previously Patients with Moorenâ??s ulcer
