Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2. BMI: 18.5 â?? 29.99 kg/m2 e GFR > 60 ml / minute / 1.73m2 Non-cardiac, non vascular major plus surgeries (NICE grade 4) ASA I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA IV and above Emergency surgery Jail inmates, HIV patients, Pregnant women Patient receiving contrasts during surgery Intraop MAP Hypotensive anaesthesia Known case of nephropathy, chronic kidney disease
