Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 60 to 80 years. 2) Both genders. 3) Understands Hindi /Marathi/English well. 4) Community Dwelling. 5) Have ability to ambulate 6) Geriatric Depression Scale >9 7) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA) > 25/30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Symptomatic Cardiovascular or Neurological conditions which accounts imbalance. 2) Any surgery or musculoskeletal conditions of lower limbs. 3) Uncorrected Visual Impairments. 4) Vestibular Impairments. 5) Osteoarthritis (Visual Analogue Scale > 4) 6) Use of Psychotropic drugs.
