Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • One year of experience in playing cricket. • Zero numerical scores of a visual analog scale for pain in the dominant upper limb. • No injuries on dominant upper limb in last six months. • Age group: 14 to 25 Years. • Male. • Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • History of hospitalization in the last six months.
