Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physiological state 1 and 2 2.undergoing procedure in supine position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with cardic diseases,lung disorder,uncontrolled diabetes,uncontrolled hypertension,emergency surgery,unanticipated difficult airway
