Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender Between the age group of 40 to 70 years Clinically and radiologically diagnosed cases of primary osteoarthritis (one or both knee joints)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatic arthritis etc Any systemic disease like diabetes mellitus malignancy etc Secondary knee OA Use of NSAIDs before baseline data Use of intra-articular or Oral corticosteroids within 3weeks prior to baseline visit
