Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Phacoemulsification cataract surgery in Aravind eye hospital eye hospital Pondicherry All grades of Cataract ( NS1,NS2,NS3,NS4, PSCC) All patients with endothelial cell count > 1900 cells per square millimeter
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mature cataract Congenital Cataract and Development cataract Traumatic Cataract Complicated cataract Corneal endothelial dystrophies Uveitis Glaucoma Pseudoexfoliation syndrome Patients with previous intraocular surgery Nuclear sclerosis grading 5,6 by LOCS III classification Small pupil diameter less than 4 mm after a full dilatation Patients with intra operative complications like PC rent, dislocated IOL and iridodialysis.
