Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Young old males and females (age:65-74) -MIQ-RS (Movement Imagery questionnaire Revised Second version), total 14 questions,7 points scoring for each, minimum score of 5 for each -Clinical Balance Assessment (patient falling in type-3 dizziness)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Disorders related to visual system -Disorders related to peripheral vestibular system -Those who are medically not allowed to engage in physical activity
