Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 American society anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II patients 2 Age between 18-65 years 3 Cervical spine injury which confirmed with radiological imaging scheduled for surgery of C spine
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusal to participate in the study 2 Patients with obivious upper airway deformity or dirtortion of glottic structures (eg. Angioedema, epiglottitis, laryngeal mass or malignancy) 3 Anticipated difficult intubation 4 Body mass index >35 5 History of difficult intubation. 6 Pregnancy
