Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chronic Stable Heart Failure whose treatment has not been modified for the last 4 weeks 2)NYHA II/III 3)Testosterone Naive patients 4)Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any Contraindication to transdermal Testosterone therapy 2)Deranged Prostate Specific Antigen 3)Deranged Renal Function 3)Any ongoing or past malignancy
