Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18-40 years -both male and females 2.Overweight individuals with BMI between 23-27.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of cardiovascular, pulmonary or neurological condition in which 6-minute walk test is contraindicated 2. Smokers 3. Individuals with active lifestyle, athletes
