Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.children and parents who are willing to participate in study. 2.Children with cerebral palsy who are able to play video games. 3. Manual ability classification system between -MACS (ii to IV). MACS level ii: Handles most objects but with somewhat reduced quality and/or speed of achievement. Certain activities may be avoided or be achieved with some difficulty. MACS level iii: Handles most objects but with somewhat reduced quality and/or speed of achievement. Certain activities may be avoided or be achieved with some difficulty. MACS level iv: Handles a limited selection of easily managed objects in adapted situations. Performs parts of activities with effort and with limited success. Requires continuous support and assistance and/or adapted equipment, for even partial achievement of the activity. 4.Children with cerebral palsy who are able to play video games Between Gross motor functional classification ââ?¬â??GMFCS level 1to 3. GMFCS Level I Can walk indoors and outdoors and climb stairs without using hands for support Can perform usual activities such as running and jumping Has decreased speed, balance and coordination. GMFCS Level II Has the ability to walk indoors and outdoors and climb stairs with a railing Has difficulty with uneven surfaces, inclines or in crowds Has only minimal ability to run or jump. GMFCS Level III Walks with assistive mobility devices indoors and outdoors on level surfaces May be able to climb stairs using a railing May propel a manual wheelchair (may require assistance for long distances or uneven surfaces). 5.children who can identify difference between color Blue,Green,Red and its verified by their parents. 6.Participants who complete 32 sessions or more than that out of 40 sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with severe cognitive impairment who will score Modified Mini-mental scale examinations for children less than 9. 2.Children with photosensitive epilepsy. 3.History of hospitalization in the last 6 month.
