Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants able to access internet facilities. 2. Age between 18 to 60 years. 3. Participants with Low Back Pain. 4. Verbal informed consent by telephone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain radiating to leg , tingling and numbness in leg 2. Oswestry Disability Index score > 60 % 3. History of hospitalization in the last six months.
