Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ILD confirmed on HRCT thorax

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe ILD patients with FVC 2. Patients with severe PAH 3. Patients on domiciliary oxygen 4. Patients who are not able to walk for 6 min due to pain in knees or legs
