Intervention1: Plasmalyte fluid: Giving intravenous route, bolus of 250ml and maintenance dose of 4ml/kg/hr fluid given throughout the surgery and calculating Strong ion difference at end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with ESRD Scheduled for renal transplant surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active coronary disease Congestive heart failure Atrial fibrillation or flutter Valvular heart disease Significant pulmonary insufficiency Cadaveric renal transplant
