Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical signs and symptoms of all types of Bhagandara Patients above the age of 18yrs and below 60 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of Ulcerative colitis, Tuberculosis, Hidradenitis suppurativa , Carcinoma of rectum and anal canal. Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus ( HbA1C >8%) , HIV and HBsAg Positive patients. Pregnancy and lactating women Patients with Hb Patients with impaired cardiac renal and hepatic functions.

Unit Cutting TimeTimepoint: assessment will be done at baseline, followed by weekly assessment until the fistula tract is completely healed
