Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female genders. Age group 30 to 65 years. Diagnosed case of type 2 diabetes. HbA1C levels >6.5% ï?· BMI > 24.9 kgm-2. Those willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regular physical exercises in the last 1 months. Cardiovascular diseases. Pregnancy
